Given the current budget situation for Local Authorities and Schools, I know that you are under increasing pressure to continue providing services within tightening budgetary contstraints.

I formed my consultancy in 2004 having previously worked for 30 years as a senior manager and Head of Catering for local authorities, supplying School Catering Services to both rural and urban schools.
For the past 6 years I've worked as a specialist school catering adviser and I am a Associate Consultant with the APSE (Association for Public Service Excellence). I work exclusively with Local Authorities, Schools and Government Agencies, such as The School Food Trust. I am a member of the Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Food (ACMSF) for the Food Standards Agency and current Regional Commitee member for the LACA (Local Authority Caterers Association).
I'm in an ideal position to offer the best and most relevant advice to clients who are reviewing their services or seeking ways to improve and require some fresh and innovative ideas to create new solutions.
